QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
This Quality Policy forms part of the Pure Innovate Quality Management System that has been established, documented, and implemented to fully conform to ISO 9001:2015
Pure Innovate aims to surpass customer expectations by not only providing a reliable, robust, and precision engineering service to its customers, but working with its customers during manufacturing to provide a fully transparent service communicating where the quality expectations are not achievable.
Operating within the framework of our internally controlled processes and systems, which are fully communicated and supported by the Management Team, Pure Innovate’ commitment to delivering on customer expectations in all industry sectors is reinforced by Internal Auditing, Data Analysis, Corrective and Preventative Actions and Management Reviews, all ensuring the Quality Policy and Objectives are achieved.
Excellence is promoted throughout the workforce and all activities of the organisation shall be carried out in accordance with its documented policies and procedures as defined in the Quality Management System (QMS).
Pure Innovate remains responsible for the quality of all products purchased from suppliers and sub-contractors, including customer designated gauges and assembly components which are incorporated into customer product and/or service.
Pure Innovate promotes strong working relationships with its customers and maintains transparency on all matters relating to manufacturing to achieve a collaborative deliverable. Where deficiencies are found, in relation to the operation of the Quality Management System, continual improvement is championed through Operational Excellence Programs.
The Management Team is committed to complying with legislation and applicable requirements, and to act ethically in all business transactions. The Management Team ensure the policies and objectives are routinely scrutinised and in line with customer expectations and in turn ensure their relevance to our daily operation.
